Fast-breaking with DILO Chapter Ja(bo)deta(bek)

In order to tighten our brotherhood, chemical engineering 2011 students or known as DILO had a fast-breaking feast together. It was held in July 21 at Thamrin City, Jakarta. From South Tangerang, Nadia and I reached the location by train and bajaj. I liked going around by train because it's very cheap and quick. Imagine, the ticket only costed 2500 IDR. Bajaj, on the other hand, was very inconvenient due to its noise pollution plus its famous reckless driver that drove the vehicle as if it's a formula one racing car regardless the crowded road. Yet thanks to our formula one driver, we were the first ones arrived there!

Then one by one DILO started to show up. It's so good to meet them again and keep in touch during this long holiday.  Unfortunately there wasn't any representatives from neither Bogor nor Bekasi. Next year maybe, ya? Hehehe. By the way, that day was special, why? First, Indra came a long way from Kalimantan to attend the feast. Second, it was Fajar's birthday (Yeaaay! Feliz cumpleanos Fajar!). Third, since its Fajar birthday, he treated us all by paying the bill. Hahaha. Heaven~ Thank you so much Fajar! :D

Then we decided to spend the night at Magnum Cafe, located in Grand Indonesia. We secretly bought a cake and threw a mini birthday party for Fajar.

Magnum Cafe was a place to enjoy (mainly) Magnum ice cream with various extra toppings like cookies, waffles, fruit, even macaroon. The place was cozy and had a great Jakarta's skyline view. Standing ovation for Unilever!
Well, I loved chocolate yet when it came to the cafe dish.... the chocolate dose was overrated! Excess amount of chocolate. I couldn't even finish my plate of ice cream since its too much. P.S.: A friendly advice from me, if you want to dine there, try to bring a bottle of mineral water.

The feast was great. I wish we could continue this tradition until the upcoming years. Once more, I'd like to say happy birthday Fajar! Wish all the best for you, Mr. Komti! Consider this writing of mine as a birthday gift for you. Hehehe. Thank you for the treat. YEAY, VIVA DILOSATIK!
